I was searching for a gooseneck tire and contacted multiple establishments, but none had the size in stock and some were already closed. I was referred to Ma and Pa, where I spoke with Michelle, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding a tire. Unfortunately, they did not have the tire in stock either. However, Michelle found a reliable tire shop she has used multiple times and provided me with their address to obtain a tire installation the following morning. I would like to extend my gratitude to Michelle for going out of her way to help me, despite there being no payment involved.
