I became a member of this gym last November 2023. My experience so far has been top-notch. XSport Fitness St Charles was acquired by LA Fitness ~ change can be a challenge, but I feel this challenge was met head on. All of my questions were always answered regarding my membership. There has not been a blip in my exercise routine. I feel as comfortable today as I did when I first walked in. This has and will continue to be a wonderful place that helps keep me healthy and moving. Kudos for a job well done! I am excited to see what the future will continue to bring

Staff are very polite, they take care of the children very well, and the environment is great. I’ve just started coming here and I’m really enjoying it. I’m grateful to have a gym near me that has childcare and I am very impressed.

The overall gym is a typical LA fitness but they need a major refresh. The machines and equipment is very old and rusty. The dumbbells and plates look really old. As well as the locker room and restrooms give a sense of dirty and unclean
