I paid them quite handsomely for mine and my families filing and submission of our taxes, a few weeks later I got a letter saying I couldn’t receive my refund due to no verification of my identity (Which I did @ BnR (ID Copies, SS copies, copies of other docs, and even a picture they took of me in the office) so I reached out and questioned why this was occurring and if I could get a refund on their services since my tax refund has passed 30 days and is no longer available, Connie went on to say “That is not our problem.” Excuse me? If I’m delivering documents and those documents get destroyed or out of order, whos at fault? the deliverer or recipient? Definitely the deliverer. They went on to say it’s my fault yet I brought everything they asked and did everything they said to. So now i’m out of my tax refund on top of the fees i paid for the service. Do not go here unless you prefer having a headache and like dealing with snobby office mutts. Will not be going here again.

I have been impressed with the service from this company from start to finish. They simplify the process, stay on top of things for you, and have the knowledge to get things like business taxes complete without any troubles. On top of that they are very kind and responsive. I have worked with several accountants before finding these guys, I would not go anywhere else!
