My granddaughter had rhinoplasty with this doctor She had a one year check up coming up Received call today that he picked up and left for Florida and left no doc to take his place So she not getting medical attention that she had contacted for or any kind of refund Told the girl who called me to tell him he needs to schedule a follow up with another doc She will not cause he went to Florida He left this 18 year old hanging

So Iv been putting this review off for a while but I really truly feel this place deserves some recognition. I went to Dr Bazelle in 2017 looking to get a breast augment and lift. The consultation appointment was very pleasant and the price was reasonsble as well. Decided to go forward and do surgery. On the surgery day I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Ashley. After waiting a short while i was taken to the back by the nurse Justine who was very sweet and made me feel comfortable (i was a nervewrack). Surgery went well and my recovery surprisingly was easy peasy. Dr Bazelle did a phenomenal job i am so so happy. Everyone was incredible. i feel very very blessed that i found this place.

AMAZING Doctor and Staff!! I have been a patient of Dr. Bazells for over 7 years and have had multiple procedures. Dr. Bazell is very detailed on explaining procedures and make you feel very comfortable asking any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Bazell and looking forward to my next procedures with him.

I made an appointment for a consultation for a little jaw refining given my upcoming wedding. When I called the woman who answered the phone was completely clueless and could barely understand anything - I had to repeat and spell my name about 5+ times. Then she told me that consultations were done via zoom which I had no problem with. But she told me she was not sure how to set up the virtual consultation. I couldn't understand how they could offer virtual consultations if they didn't know how to set them up? Then she kept telling me that there was a "girl" who sets them up. Clearly there were language barriers. I was emailed from an undetermined email a number of days later, with no heading from the email, no practice insignia, address and not even the person who emailed me signed. She asked me if I was still interested in the consultation and said yes. I was told I would be sent a zoom link the DAY of my appointment in the afternoon. I was also told that even though the appt is made at 5:30pm the doctor may not show up a tithe time and he might be late. The day of my appointment I received a TEXT with another person's name confirming the appointment. I texted them back letting them know it was the wrong person. The person who texted apologized, misspelled my name, and had spelling mistakes in the text. She then told me I would receive a zoom link later on. This is starting to sound like a horror story. Then I get texted saying that the doctor wants ME to email HIM with a zoom link. What kind of practice/doctor would ask a patient to email them a zoom link for a virtual consultation? This is of course contradictory to what I was told would be done. What a complete joke. I cancelled my appointment as if they can't even get a simple consultation right, who knows what kind of results can be obtained from a surgical procedure. No thanks. The woman who texted me told me how they were "too busy" to set up virtual consultations. What a joke. Clearly not up to medical and adequate surgical standards in my opinion. As a physician myself, your staff can make or break you. While I have never met the physician himself nor do I know what his abilities are, his staff is clearly an atrocity. Rude, inept, unprofessional. No thanks. I guess you get what you pay for. Found the deal on Groupon. Things now make sense.

I got some work done here and it was the best choice I ever made. My confidence is through the roof because of Dr Bazell. The doctor and his team are phenomenal and so friendly! He walked me thru every single thing he did during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and took my feedback as well. Erika, his assistant, has been amazing also. Sharing her experiences and checking in to see how I’m doing, definitely above and beyond.

Went to Dr. Bazell for breast augmentation and breast lift, i am AMAZED at the results!!! I also had a tummy tuck and a BBL, all my friends can't believe what a great job he did. Him and his staff are wonderful, the office is extremely clean. Everyone made me feel at home.I feel like a new woman. My confidence is back and i even look 15 years younger.

Dr.Bazell is a great dr, he provides you with all the knowledge you need. I actually moved forward with my face and neck lift. I look 10 yrs younger, and natural. It is worth every penny!Facility is clean and well put, private entrance for surgery day, the ladies are very nice. He follows up after surgery and as needed. Amazing bed side manner. Will be returning for my eyelids.
