Amazing! Didn’t know that to expect coming in but had a marathon that weekend and a pretty serious hip issue that made me question if I could even run on Sunday.Happened to find Pal and through 2 sessions he worked his magic to allow me to run, and was only off my goal PR by a minute. Definitely will visit when I’m back in town and highly, highly recommend Pal!

I appreciate that Pal is so highly trained in different modalities. When coming to the Chicago area to visit family, its helpful for me to schedule an appointment with him, whether just one visit or I have time for several.

I was looking for a solution to my mother's TMJ and jaw stiffness, so I thought I would try Pal on a test run myself. He worked muscles and pressure points around my face that I barely knew I had. I write this review three days later: I can still feel the energy readjusting through my head and shoulders. I can breath more clearly through one of my nostrils and my ear seems more open on the same side. This was a 'wow' appointment. My mother is next. Thank you Yelp!

Bodywork isn’t a job to me, it is a passion. I enjoy working with my hands, I love working with people, and I am fascinated by how amazingly complex our bodies are. I consider it a privilege and value the trust that clients give to me to help assist them with their therapeutic needs. Even with over 17 years of training and experience, I still consider myself a student seeing what new lessons clients' bodies have to teach me. Whatever your relaxation or therapeutic needs are, I have the training and experience to be able to work with you from an energetic, neuro-muscular, and myofascial (connective tissue) approach.
