Got my hair done by Marilyn and the best curled service ever! I asked for big, voluminous beach waves and I got exactly that. My hair held the style and was still soft. She did such a beautiful job.
I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I had nothing to do and was really bored, so I thought I'd look around at the makeup. A super friendly employee named Janelle approached me and I shared some of my color matching issues with her. She sat me down and helped me find shades of tint and shadow that would work with my skin tone. She was so nice and totally made my visit worth it. Did I buy a bunch of makeup I *really* didn't need? Yes, but only because she matched me to colors that worked really well for me! Thanks for the fun little break from my boring day!
My shout out goes to the lady at the front desk tonight who was by herself! Eventually what seemed like a manage (blue hair) came up to help but she was so disrespectful to the other associate who was just trying to help a customer. Her tone towards her fellow employee was disrespectful and seen by others in line. She was simply trying to find the makeup piece the customer was requesting. When the associate finally got to me I thanked her for her help & told her she did right by the other customer. Managers or seasoned employees need to watch how they speak to other employees.
