My shout out goes to the lady at the front desk tonight who was by herself! Eventually what seemed like a manage (blue hair) came up to help but she was so disrespectful to the other associate who was just trying to help a customer. Her tone towards her fellow employee was disrespectful and seen by others in line. She was simply trying to find the makeup piece the customer was requesting. When the associate finally got to me I thanked her for her help & told her she did right by the other customer. Managers or seasoned employees need to watch how they speak to other employees.
I’m finally leaving a long past due review- Huge Shout Out to Karina!! I went in on Memorial Day to buy foundation but needed a color match since the last one I had wasn’t working well for me. Karina approached and asked if I wanted help, I accepted and she not only steered me to the same brand but a different formula that I not only am in love with and is fabulous, but she patiently took all the time needed to match me perfectly. She tried several different shades until we found just the right one, she is also extremely knowledgeable about the product differences. When I come, it’s always the same beautiful blonde lady that greets me happily! I don’t know her name but she is very helpful and educated on beauty products. She even helped me hunt down a new perfume I’ve been eyeing.
