The Schaumburg studio is a friendly environment, and the staff always makes you feel like you belong there. Everyone is great at their work, and they all do a wonderful workout for the clients. The owner, Kathy is friendly and great to talk to also.

I’ve loved being a client of The Exercise Coach for the past eight months. Their twice weekly, 20 minute workouts are challenging and offer a always convenient opportunity to get my strength training completed.
