My husband and I contacted Dan to get an estimate for spring cleaning for our medium size pond. He responded quickly to the voicemail and came out to give an estimate. He said it would be 2-2.5 hours of work. He charges by the hour. We agreed upon a date. The day he was supposed to arrive, he texted half hour after he was scheduled to be here and said his assistant had a problem and he would reschedule as soon as possible. The next morning he showed up unannounced with another assistant. Luckily my husband and I were home and let him do the cleaning. He was through and answered all our questions patiently.
