I had a really nice experience here as a client getting a facial. Easy online booking, and no weird payment systems like some schools. Facial was great, student was very professional and had excellent control of pressure and good flow (which are my usual tells of an inexperienced person.) Great deal, will come again.

Extremely disappointing experience My visit to G Skin & Beauty Institute in Schaumburg yesterday was very frustrating. The employees seemed completely unaware of my appointment time, and the lack of organization was obvious from the moment I arrived. One staff member in particular was unprofessional in how she handled the situation, which made the experience even worse. After waiting and getting no clear communication, I ended up walking out. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend this location based on how poorly things were handled.

I had an amazing experience with Becky who is a student in that institution. She is incredibly skilled with facials and truly knows how to take care of your skin. From the moment the treatment started, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Becky takes the time to understand your skin’s needs and uses techniques that leave your face feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. Her attention to detail and gentle touch make the whole experience feel luxurious. I highly recommend Becky to anyone looking for a professional and rejuvenating facial.
