Stopped into Woodland in hopes of getting information on a 17 year old Marvin window that had broken parts. Spoke to "Rano" who was in the middle of working on some massive architectural drawings. He stopped what he was doing, listened to my story and the spent 15 minutes on the phone with Marvin. Ultimately told me part was covered, how to file a claim, and how to go about getting it repaired; all for a few dollar part when he was probably working on a $100,000 plus estimate. Now that is customer service. Thank you. PS. Woodland installed many of my windows and patio doors many years ago. Couldn't be happier.

Great place. We’ve used them a couple of times, once for windows and once for a front entry door. The estimate process is no pressure and simple, and they do a great job installing.
