My siblings and I recently purchased a Mother’s Day spa package at the WM DaySpa for our mother. Yes, it was pricey, but absolutely worth the cost. My mom is a shy and timid person, so I was hesitant at first due to some stories I'd heard about spa places. However, the reviews for this establishment were excellent, which convinced me to take a chance. I'm now compelled to write my own review. My mother said the staff was incredibly polite and gentle with her. They had engaging conversations, addressed all her concerns, and walked her through every step of the treatment. I had a facial by Katie and hair services with Mariana and had a pleasant experience with both. Mariana listened to all of my ideas and delivered exactly as I envisioned. Very skillful work by both. Thank you!
