This company installed a high efficiency gas furnace in my home plus I needed some heat ducks in the basement. Called them and Mike Buckner came out and gave me a quote for the ducks in the basement. My furnace was 31 years old and was going to replace it next year. Mike told me if I did it now I would get 600$ rebates from the gas company and the state, money I could lower the price of the furnace. Mike gave me a big discount on all the ducks work in the basement, I said that be great. Then when the t was time came to install, I had Hawkins, Shawn and Seth there to do all that work. Our son's family have been in their house for a year and living without air conditioning. This summer has been too much for a window AC unit and the base board heating system prevents just adding central air. We got 3 estimates for a 3 zone mini-split system including Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike Buckner came to walk the project and evaluate the need. Mike was great to work with, answering all our questions, suggesting location of units, and promptly sending a detailed proposal for Carrier equipment. Outstanding service - highly recommend!
After repeated issues and unhelpful visits from another company (Allen heating & cooling), I called Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning, and the difference was incredible. Nick was the technician who came out - he was prompt, professional, and took the time to actually investigate the problem.
He removed the cover, did a proper inspection, and immediately found the real issue: dirty coils. A simple fix, but something the other company missed entirely after two visits.
