Expectations exceeded! Had a significant issue with cooling second floor. Mike determined there was a flow issue with the duct work of the zone system and reconfigured the ductwork. The price was very fair by the way. Also, referred us to Metro Insulation to add insulation to our attic. Between reconfiguring the ductwork and adding insulation, the temperature of our second floor is under control and down by 6+ degrees. Night and day difference.
Rockford Heating & Air is my go to for any heating or AC equipment, both new and servicing existing at my home and business. They installed a new AC and furnace at my home and provided a custom solution to handle a new addition I had built. Mike and Scott were very knowledgeable, responsive and professional is their solution. And when the AC went out at my business on Chestnut St on a 93 degree day, I called April and she had a technician out within two hours to take care of the issue for us.
