I recently had the pleasure of working with Martin Exteriors Roofing & Siding for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! I/we strongly believe in giving companies a chance to "do things right" and treat customers with respect; but Martin Exteriors was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had in working with a home repair/improvement company. It started out okay; but once our deposit check was cashed we were left in a holding period with no phone calls, no communication, missed appointments, and disrespect. After several calls to the main office voicing our concerns we finally received a call from a "manager" who appeared to feel bad and voiced that our job was literally "forgotten" about. (but they didn't forget to cash our check for several hundred dollars.) A worker finally showed up; did not complete even two hours of work, and then billed us for several hours of work, debris removal, etc. (none of which they did) we are now in the process of even trying to, once again, get someone to communicate with us regarding the job (and bill.)
