Ok, If you read this to the end you'll see I did not have an initial good experience with these folks. However, after I posted this (they apparently monitor their reviews) Martin called. Essentially they said you're pissed and understandably . Let us make it right. Helped me get the roof reinspected as well as gutter and siding. As near as I can tell it was quality work (I'm in no position to inspect a roof). The roof got replaced in a decent time frame. The other work took some time and calls from me to find out what the hold up was. Overall it was a good experience with the noted caveats.

During my experience, I got the opportunity to see the Martin Exteriors group work as a team to really provide some great customer service! From my first interaction with their Director of Operations set things off on a good note. She was very friendly and was able to promptly turn around a service request based on the needs described.
