Tonight we brought our 10 year old cat Loki to be put down. The receptionist on the phone explained everything and was ready when we arrived. We were able to spend as much time with Loki after she crossed the rainbow bridge. The vet spoke to us and explained the whole process while allowing us to be there with her in her final moments.

Took my dog Max when he wasn't feeling good. The staff was very kind and affectionate. Unfortunately he was diagnosed with advanced osteocarcinoma. They let us take him home with some good pain meds but let us know we would have to make a decision about how long to keep him with us. We could not ask for better treatment at such a heartbreaking time. We highly recommend this facility.

Apparently, they only had a single vet on staff when we went, responsible for all the hospitalized pets, procedures, and any newly admitted pets, which is why it took so long; they were terribly understaffed. My cat was fine in the end, but I can't imagine... read full review
