Finley for my pedicure was wonderful. She was gentle and had a great sense of humor! Alondra did the microdermabrasion…she gentle but firm. Absolutely wonderful!

Was very dispointed in the medi pedi, she didn't clip my cuticles or push them back. No lotion or massage. She didn't even do my heels until I said something. The file used did nothing they need the blue things Again no lotion or massage

If there is 0 rating i give that. Front counter lady is so rude. They color my hair. I ask why you didn’t shampoo my hair. She said don’t come again. I told her i just ask question. She said these kind of questions make our students uncomfortable. I can understand this is school. If i have any question they answer me. Not saying don’t come again. I never come back.

The appointment system is worthless. Although the online system says you've booked an appointment and sends you a confirmation you don't. If you call and book, drive 45 minutes, they don't honor it. Get your act together!

I thought I had found a great place to have my hair done. Unfortunately, it wasn’t so. I have scheduled 3 appointments for myself and one for my daughter. The one for my daughter was canceled because they did not have anyone to braid her hair. I was called the day before to be told that she couldn’t be serviced. I have only been able to attend one appointment because the other two have been canceled the day before without so much as a call, email, text, nothing.
Very disappointing as I ask for the time off weeks in advanced only to be left floundering.
My latest appointment was for 2/24, it was canceled on the 21st without a warning.
