They hire staff and they do not properly train them. And the CMA's are lazy sitting on their phones all day and make slanderous comments about other CMA's. They also have an ongoing problem/feud with FOA's. There is tensions between the two. Office staff leave and never come back after 2 months of working there. They force too much work on referral staff and never ask support staff (CMA's) to assist with the busy workflow. But they pretend that they are team oriented. No, that is not a team, that makes it stressful for staff and they are unhappy and they leave. They also have staff scream and yell at each other when they don't agree with things.
