Karen was very nice and very knowledgeable. I went first to a consultation and showed me before and after pictures of former clients. I booked my appointment that day and got in the following week. I signed the appropriate forms, release forms. Asked questions about allergies and different types of medical issues. She first penciled in my eyebrow with a pencil. And then sheput 4 colors above my brow to see what color I liked. She put a liquid freezing gel on my brow and started. Kept in on for 5 minutes.It did hurt a little in the beginning. Karen does an awesome, pain free job. She's did my eyeliner many years ago and I just finished having my eyebrows done. I'm blond / gray and I would get my eyebrows dyed every time I had hair done 4 - 5 weeks. They would look good for a week or so but then fade. I love my permanent make up and HIGHLY recommend going to Karen.Services: Microblading

Karen is incredibly professional and meticulous. She makes sure to explain the whole process. I had permanent eyeliner and microblading done.
