Mr. Peplow teaches my step sons kids jiu jitsu class and my oldest daughter has been attending muay thai since ahe was 14. The prices are great we're on the family plan and it's been wonderful.
Great place! I took Muay Thai there years ago. Couple years afterwards I was going to start taking BJJ but unfortunately my schedule changed then job changed making it impossible to. One day I'll go back and take BJJ. Brad is a great owner and just a genuine good guy...someone who keeps his price low because he cares about the martial arts itself instead of just taking peoples money like most martial arts places do. Give PAC a try!
Great Team! everyone seems friendly although we are practicing to cuddle people into submission. It is humbling, which is great for anyone to keep their ego in check.Plenty of classes for all ages, I am 40 and wayyyyy out of shape. So, if I can do it, so can you. Just go slow, ask questions, and have fun.
