My husband took two of my boys to get their hair cuts this evening. Both were suppose to be a pretty simple fade. The hairstylist (Angie) could not keep her jaw still to save her life. While one hair cut is very noticeably crooked the other hardly looks like she cut anything after being told 6 times it was to long. When I called to discuss the issue Angie was the one that answered the phone and you can hear her smacking her lips acting like it wasn't a big deal at all just bring them back in and a different person can fix her mess. So we drive back to the store, told the wait was going to be about 45 minutes and when I asked for the manager's contact information I was told Angie is the manager. It would be cheaper to buy a pair of hair clippers and take your chances with any of the meth heads walking around Derby.

This is the second time came in at 6:45 asked if I could get a hair cut said they were closed but each time sign says 7 pm maybe you should say 6:45 if your not gonna do a quick cut . This is the second time this has happen. Last time we asked for a military discount she says we don't do that because people try to steal their significant others discounts after they pass away. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful place will never recommend this to anyone.

Was there a few days ago. And as a somewhat new amputee. Was treated wonderfully. Nothing awkward. Josephine was absolutely great. Thank you Joey.

I'm very picky about who cuts my hair but Joey has cut my hair 3 times now and has done an amazing job each time. She is super sweet and does a great job. I would definitely recommend her to any one.

Calvin is an amazing attentive stylist who asks multiple questions to make sure you get exactly what you want. wish I had him tonight.The stylist who cut my hair tonight was silent and didn't seem to use my reference photo at all. asked her to leave the top longer and shorten the sides, she continued to cut the top of my hair. left just so she wouldn't decimate my bangs anymore.

My son's hair looks bad. First I asked for a fade, the stylist kept asking what number length and I said I want a fade multiple times so he just picked a length and did the entire bottom of his hair one length (not a fade). Then he trimmed the top a little and cut his bangs, they are SO crooked/uneven it makes me cringe. When I asked if he could fade it up again because the hair over his ears was sticking out because he has very thick hair the stylist said "that's not a fade, it's a taper, it's different". Again, I asked for a fade in the first place. He didn't trim anything on the crown of his head so it looks like he's got really long strips of hair if I don't move it to where it's supposed to be. After that I asked for military discount (I've been to sports clips before and know they have a military discount for vets) and the "manager" or whoever she is shouted across the store "we only give military discounts for haircuts" to which I responded "my son did get a haircut" and then it turned into "oh well I wasn't talking about you, I was talking about someone else" but she made it a point to shout it from across the store and come over and check what I was paying for and look at my son. I won't be going back at all.
