Long story short, our a/c stopped working in August and we needed help ASAP. Sunshine was able to send someone within three hours of calling. Bob inspected the unit and diagnosed an electrical problem at the fuse box. Sure enough, after turning the breakers off and on, the unit started up right away. I felt sheepish but relieved. It was a short visit and probably wasted his considerable expertise, but I was glad that it was an easily fixable problem. Bob also gave some good advice about when the unit might need to be replaced and what to expect given the current state of the market, with supply chain problems and manufacturing slowdowns. We called Sunshine at 9:30am, they were here within 30 minutes, and our furnace was back working by 11am. He checked for every possible cause of the problem, and was able to quickly and easily fix it on the spot. My furnace started acting up and no heat in the house. At 9 Pm .Called couple heating companies and to my surprise a live person answered my phone at Sunshine Heating and in couple hours a tech showed in my house to fix the heat. He was very efficient and fixed our heat. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be using this company for all my HVC needs!!!Service: HVAC maintenance
