Discovered mold growth above bathroom ceiling. They came and removed the mold. replaced ceiling drywall and repainted. Noticed the paint peeling next day even though it was fine when they left. They came back right away. Took a couple more times but they figured it out. Liked that they were responsive and made sure to finish the work regardless of how many times it took. Recommend this contractor.
Thought my life ended when my Sump Pump lines froze and my basement flooded a little bit. But, Rose came out and fixed my lines in under 30 minutes. AMAZING! They were very prompt, communicated well, and gave me advice on other things that weren't even a part of the job! Lastly, the price was second to none. If you want quality AND value. Rose is the place!
