Our first job was a huge drywall restoration in the basement several years ago - they found the source and repaired the damage quickly. We closed up the leak and never another problem. The second job was small - fixing a small moisture problem in the attic. Again, repaired quickly and never another problem. Today, the third job - so minor I was surprised Rose would come inspect it. But, they did. A quick fix, and that's all that was needed. Rose is my go-to for every water issue, big or small!
We hired Armin with Rose Restoration Services and could not be more satisfied. Calling a restoration company to clean up my crawl space was not the most fun way to spend money. However, This company did an amazing job. They were very competitive with their pricing, were very trustworthy, professional, and did an excellent job. They exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anybody looking for these services.
Discovered mold growth above bathroom ceiling. They came and removed the mold. replaced ceiling drywall and repainted. Noticed the paint peeling next day even though it was fine when they left. They came back right away. Took a couple more times but they figured it out. Liked that they were responsive and made sure to finish the work regardless of how many times it took. Recommend this contractor.
