My husband has been going for help with a frozen shoulder, it is starting to feel better, great facility the instructor a very knowledgeable and really have a great understanding for the injury you are suffering. I recommended this facility to my husband, because I had a car accident and my shoulder was dislocated and in 6 week it was readjusted.

First visit. Been working on my muscle pain and massaging muscle fibers/tendons/joints for two years now, and was given a shoulder massage, and trap exercises, and no improvement, but just starting….update 6 months into PT; still problems with sharp to dull pain in the following; the neck (both sides) predominantly on the left side, shoulders and chest (both sides) and down the right arm to the elbow, and lower back (both sides) and down the left buttocks. They are doing their best with some massage, neck stretches and strengthening, but I don’t see much change in my condition…I’ve been doing many of these prior to the PT, and still not much relief.

PT Solutions overcharges both insurance and the patient because they're affiliated with a hospital. Personal experience is 87% above market rate. My wife and I both went to PT Solutions and asked frequently about the cost of services. They avoided explaining the costs then sent over one bill 5 months later before we had time to see the costs.
Billing department was not sympathetic after an hour discussion and it looks like after reading other reviews that delayed billing is a frequent experience (may be a strategy to avoid transparency)
Best I could do was get on a payment plan because they stuck to a script about pricing being out of their control.
Services rendered were good, but business practices are questionanle

I can’t recommend the staff enough! It’s a wonderful place to receive physical therapy. A young, professional & energetic team who really care about your personal rehabilitation. I’m so glad I found them!

So far not bad, pretty good. R knee feels somewhat stronger overall. But there is some discomfort at times as well. Hopefully I can continue to progress and the discomfort will diminish. We will see. The therapists are respectful and if you can't do something they find something else for you to do, which is important.

At this place I found such great group of not only professionals but great human beings that helped me to recover and deal with my physical health due to my fibromyalgia condition. With all their knowledge they walked the extra mile to make sure I received the best care possible while I was in their hands . A special thanks to Nikki, Erin, Crista and their assistants and the front desk attendants too ! Awesome job!
