I was visiting from out of town and needed hair and make-up for an event. The service here couldn't be more attentive. My appointment began promptly and the stylist made sure I had a nice cold glass of water to help me cool down on a hot summer day. Both the stylist and make-up artist were great about asking me questions to elicit my wants and expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone at the salon was so sweet and professional the entire way through. What a gem of a place.
I had a really great experience at Ash and Willow! Everyone there was so friendly and nice and the environment of the salon was so clean, cozy and welcoming. I had my balayage done with Shante and she did an amazing job! Shante made sure I was comfortable during the whole session and she explained the whole process which made me trust her with my hair. She also made sure everything was perfect and I really appreciate it! I will be coming back and will recommend this salon to friends and family!
Christy W and Krystal did hair and makeup for my wedding. 5 women total. I had 1 makeup trial and 2 hair trials since the style I picked for my 1st trial didn't hold up well. They schedule my 2nd trial at not cost. They came out to my hotel room and did all the hair and makeup there. They were absolutely incredible to work with -- at one point, Krystal was curling my friends hair while she pumped for breastfeeding and, like, the vibes were so feminine and powerful and supportive. I feel like I can't properly explain how wonderful Christy and Krystal made us all feel!
