Robins replaced our roof in early October. The estimator was thorough during the inspection and actually got up on the roof rather than just looking from the ground. Quote was emailed the same day with three shingle options and pricing for each. We picked the mid-tier and the install was scheduled for the following week. Two days of work, and the crew was efficient about staging materials so the driveway wasn't blocked the whole time. Final cost was as quoted.
We had water coming in around the chimney everytime it rained hard. Robin's traced it to bad flashing and some rotted wood underneath. They rebuilt that section and realeased everything. When I was getting quotes in inverness their estimates was the most detailed. No more leaks since the fix.
