We've taken all of our pets here the last 5 years & have continued to have an excellent experience. Informed, realistic care recommendations are the standard. Our critters are always happy to visit, if not for the poking & prodding, but for the care the staff provides. Great!

I want to thank the vet and staff for showing so much empathy and support as we made the hard decision to put our cat to sleep. The vet was very thorough in explaining what to expect for the process and did it with grace and calm. I know our baby is in a better place where he feels great and is the master of zoomies again. RIP Max.

I have been going to Palatine Animal Hospital for many years. Yesterday my dog had something stuck in his throat. I called the office and they were able to see him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn't serious, but knowing they were there for my dog and were able to help was comforting. It could have been so much worse. Dr. Luttrell and the entire staff are caring and professional. Thanks for being there for Chip.

Fine for routine care. Take your baby somewhere else if they have a life threatening illness, or any illness really. My kitten had to receive treatment elsewhere and would have died if left under this vet's care.

I Spent months waiting for results. They never sent them after telling me they would in 2 weeks. I Called back asking for results. Rude receptionist said she would leave message for vet to call me back. Guess what! Vet Never called back. Got results via email after call. I am Never going back/ never spending a dime. Regretful to give this practice a chance is an understatement

We've used the practice for several years for our three cats. We have always been impressed by the care and friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Dr. Luttrell is patient with my many questions, and it's clear he cares about the animals he sees. Also, the team is transparent about cost estimates. I highly recommend this office.

Carolina is one of the rudest front desk people I have ever interacted with and this wasn’t just one occasion. It was almost every time I called she was snotty and rude . I switched vets because I was sick of dealing with her attitude every time I called. You can tell she is someone that hates her job so she should probably find another. I wonder if all the vets know how she treats customers. I would definitely not want someone like her as the first point of contact for my business .

My 5 star review of this office sadly goes to 1 star. I still think Dr. Lutrell is great, unfortunately you need to get past the front desk that won't listen and tries to nickel and dime you on 100's if not 1000's of dollars they'll get for each pet that year. Today I stopped by with my new dog to get a Heartguard prescription. They said you'll need to see a Dr. I understood that and began explaining what we did in this exact situation 3 months ago. Only reply I got is. What can i do for you. Well I'm explaining it. There's no doctor here. I'm still explaining it. I'm not going to argue with you sir. I'm not arguing, I'm explaining what happened last time. SIR IM NOT ARGUING WITH YOU! Fine I'll get a new vet.
