No hard sales pitch, very thorough troubleshooting to understand what's needed, patient explanation of what is required and why, multiple options at various price-points, clear and very competitive pricing, prompt scheduling, very clean and mindful as they work, great communication. 10/10 you will not be disappointed. We've been using Kraig and Modern Day Comfort since the company's inception in 2006 (Happy Anniversary!)! This week we had an emergency issue with a water heater that needed a fast replacement... and Kraig came through! But Kraig and his team have always been there for us for over twenty years. They've installed our furnace, our a/c, a water heater, and done the annual maintenance for all. Fair, honest, dependable. Look no further!
