I really wish I lived closer to here! Have recommended several people to this Palatine Gem! Yoga- meditation - and workshops are all top notch and delivered by passionate instructors - what I love is that there is no pretension here- just authentic and usable information - the studio is clean- has a strong aesthetic and is welcoming. The staff is warm and supportive- definitely a must try if you are looking to strengthen your mind and body!
