I’ve had a great experience at Hilltop. Dr. Tripathi takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on with my pet, which I really appreciate. I’ve never felt rushed, and all of my questions are answered with patience and care. On top of that, the pricing is very fair, especially for the quality of care provided. I’ve learned a lot as a pet owner just from the way things are explained, and I feel confident bringing my pet here every time. 10/10 would recommend!

Was my go to vet for years. The new owners seem more interested in the business side than the animal side. My girl has since passed however if she had not been misdiagnosed she may have been more comfortable at the end of her life.

This animal hospital truly goes above and beyond. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. Dr.Tripathi took his time and treated our pet with so much compassion. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received.

Dr Trip is amazing. He was so good with my pet husky so isn’t the most cooperative. Dr Trip and his staff handled him so professionally. My pet baby was given a proper treatment for kennel cough/stomach infection, he recovered in no time. I am happy for all the good efforts they put in. God bless them.

I’ve been really happy with the care my pet has received here. Dr. Tripathi clearly knows what he’s doing and does a great job explaining options without overcomplicating things. The staff is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable compared to other clinics I’ve been to. Overall, it feels like an honest, well run place that truly cares about its patients. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve brought my pet here a few times now, and every visit has been a really good experience. The staff is kind, patient, and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on instead of rushing you out the door. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see, which makes a huge difference when you’re already feeling worried as a pet owner. Dr. Trip is very knowledgeable and thorough, and I always feel confident in the care and recommendations being given. They explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and make sure all your questions are answered. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, which I really appreciate because it never feels like they’re trying to upsell or push unnecessary services. Overall, this is a trustworthy animal hospital with a caring team and fair pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

If I could give 0 starts I most certainly would. I went to this vet to get a second opinion since my dog was ill and his primary vet did not know what was wrong. They ran X-rays and Abhishek Tripathi (does not deserve the title of doctor btw) said that his AI saw something in the X-rays and this man said he didn't see anything wrong. This is a major problem because why are you as a medical provider using AI to read X-rays?? Didn't they teach you that in school? That is my biggest concern here. He told me to hospitalize my dog for 2 days. After 2 days my dog did not get better. On the second day my dog looked worse when he came out than when he went in. At the end of exams and studies, he told me he couldn't do anything and that he didn't know what was wrong. We ended up taking my dog to an ER vet and we had to spend even more money for the same test and studies to be run because HILLTOP ANIMAL HOSPITAL did not want to or they simply couldn't and to this day I'm still waiting on the last test results of my dog since they never called me to give those results which of course this money hungry man charged me for. At this point I strongly believe he FAILED at reading my dogs X-rays, giving a proper diagnosis and more. Not sure how long he's been in this field but he shouldn't be in it. If he had caught the problem early on, my dog wouldn't have been in so much pain and suffering. All I want to accomplish with this review is simply make people aware of this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE EVER!!! WORST DOCTOR EVER SO INCONSIDERATE, MONEY HUNGRY AND DOES NOT CARE FOR YOUR PET. HORRIBLE! AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Really impressed with this animal hospital. The techs were professional and efficient, and Dr. Trip gave clear, honest answers without any extra fluff. You can tell the whole team cares about the animals and knows their stuff. I felt confident bringing my pet here. Easy 5 stars.
