My experience with Shawn Heffernan of Shawn H. Heffernan & Associates PC has been a 3 year journey. It has been a journey of trust and faith that I had chosen the correct person to represent me against 1st, "my Car Insurance Company" and 2nd "the Medical System". Shawn is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is also very patient. He waded through reams of medical papers. With Shawn as my legal representation, the stress of all the legal/medical headaches went from me to him. My life was much easier once Shawn took my cases. He responded to my email communications on a timely basis. Shawn also explained all aspects of each case so I had a complete understanding of everything that was happening. I never felt that I needed to micro-manage him (I have been known to do that); I had complete trust that he was doing everything that needed to be done when it needed to be done. When you have to fight the fight, you could not have anyone more qualified and supportive in your corner. Both of my cases have been settled to my satisfaction...thanks to Shawn's guidance and expertise.
