I went in for tattoo removal with Tracy and she was great to work with. My results were coming along great but due to moving to another state unfortunately I didn't get to finish my sessions. I have plans to go back and let her finish as her pricing is reasonable, she is polite, quick and timely. Tracy took pics each time I was there to show me my progress, hopefully she still has them and can eventually show the end results. Note for anyone interested: Tattoo removal takes patience and time.

Tracey is the best, I have followed her here from her past medical spa. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. She is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. I know I am in good hands with her and I would highly recommend Art of Esthetics to anyone looking to up their skin-care game.

Looking for tattoo removal? Look elsewhere!! Like others, I bought a Groupon deal for a 3-pack of tattoo removal sessions at a "reasonable" price. Prior to making my selection, I did endless research into the entire tattoo removal process. When I explored the Art of Esthetiques website to get a feel for the aesthetician and her work, one thing that stood out to me was that there were samples of tattoo removal at various stages of the process, EXCEPT THE FINAL VISIT - A COMPLETE REMOVAL. This bugged me and it went straight to the top of my list of questions to ask during my initial appointment. In my research online, I found that trusted industry insiders strongly recommend seeing samples of work from start to finish. The Groupon deal indicated there would be a mandatory evaluation during my 1st visit, so I figured I would have a chance to casually get my questions answered and request samples of her finished work. Because that is really the point here, right? We all want *COMPLETE* removal. I fully understand that this does not occur in one appointment. My tattoo is very small, more than 20 years old, just one color, faded black on porcelain white skin, and located not too far from my heart- all good things in the world of tattoo removal. My expectation was at best it would take 3 or 4 appointments and at worst it might take 6 to 8. I have had several friends get tattoo removal completed before, and they all advised me that this was totally reasonable and that my tattoo was likely on the lower end of the # of visits. Still, I braced myself and was fully prepared to bring on as many appointments as it might take to remove the result of my misguided artistic expression at the wise old age of seventeen. I was caught off guard at my 1st visit when Tracey skipped the previously mentioned evaluation. I did note that she was mature and acted professionally off the bat. I bit my tongue instead of pressing her for samples of her work. For one, the opportunity didn't really exist. I filled out a quick health form and then she had me taking off my shirt. There wasn't a lot of time for much of anything else. For two, I didn't want to be rude. For the 90210 fans out there, she is an Andrea Zuckerman type. I asked her a few questions that I already knew the answers to in regards to the laser and its use. I also tried to verify that I was a rockstar candidate for relatively quick removal as my tattoo checked all the right boxes. She brushed that idea off and told me that most tattoos take eight appointments. With the support of my research, that was a bit of a red flag that she might be trying to soak me, but frankly I just wanted the dang thing gone and there was no backing out now, she was literally standing over me with the laser. The first appointment ended well. My tattoo survived the massacre- it bled, it crusted, things got really gross, but Tracey provided me with an old Xeroxed sheet about aftercare and a tiny sample of generic bacitracin (which for some reason she told me to buy instead of Neosporin, although I think it's basically the same thing?) My 2nd visit was a couple months later, and it went kind of the same way. Tracey was professional, although slightly less pleasant, like she didn't have time for my jokes or something, but not overtly rude. In between bouts of running the laser, Tracey mentioned that she "went easier" on my tattoo this time. I kinda thought to myself, WHY? Is it fading too fast for you? Because I don't have any problem with gittin 'er done in just three appointments. No problem at all! Although I could see how that might affect an aesthetician's bottom line and it made my active mind wonder a little bit about how one might draw these things out if so de$ired... not saying she was doing that, but it for sure made me wonder... Flash forward 2 more months and I was excited for my third visit because my tattoo was fading FAST. At the end of each visit, Tracey laid a little pressure on me to get the next appointment on the books. Both times, sh

Found this place through Groupon. I had been looking for a place to get a couple tattoos removed. The reviews on Groupon were great, so I thought I would give this place a try. Tracy is awesome. She throughly explained the process and what to expect. I have had two sessions done now and she truly tries to make it as painless as possible. She is very professional. Her office is also very clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed!

This review is long overdue. I wanted to get a feel for my results before I shared with my fellow Yelpers. I found Tracey through a Groupon and was pretty wary because I had a couple less-than-stellar experiences with other estheticians. After researching and reading great reviews online, I decided to take a chance to visit her. As an actor and print model, my skin is an important asset and as I've gotten older, I've discovered that my oily and acne-prone skin had been taking its toll. In the past several months, Tracey has completely transformed my skin through her sorcery. I'm incredulous how after all the years of damage that has been done to my face has been reversed in a matter of weeks. I am a 40 year old male with a Pacific Islander background and people mistaken me for early-to-mid 20s every day. Tracey is so well-knowledged in her craft and will customize a course of action and a routine to suit each person individually. I have had microdermabrasion, chemical peels and, my favorite, Laser Pixel all at ridiculously affordable prices. Tracey truly loves what she does and is a truly wonderful person. She is a necessity to anyone's glam squad and I highly recommend her above any other in the area!
