Was in need of electrical services and Pearson Electrical Services were out to fix the problem within an hour. I had seen their ratings and decided to call them as I had no idea who to use. The lady in the office was very helpful in dispatching someone to our house. The tech was able to diagnose the problem in no time. He explained to us what was needed as well as showing us what caused the failure. I felt the charges were very reasonable. I strongly recommend these folks and will certainly do business with them again when needed.

So the guy who came out for an estimate seemed nice and knowledgeable. I was in a pinch so I agreed to the 129 estimate fee. However in the end, the estimate was 3x higher than what I had the work done for. If I hadn't needed something done right away I wouldn't have even bothered with the estimate for that fee.

Mike is amazing! Responded to my issue promptly, tried to troubleshoot via text message to get a better idea of what was going on in my house. When he came he knew exactly where to start and was able to fix my issue. He explained everything as he was doing. Very prompt, responsive and reliable.
