Was very disappointed with my overall experience. The cleaners were professional and the cleaning was a very good general clean but not the deep clean I was promised. The scheduled time of my service changed 3 times and the cleaners arrived 20min early. Being early is not typically a bad thing except I told the scheduler about other things I had going on that day. Also, I was told they charge by cleaner and usually send 4 people to clean any size place. I thought that was too many people based on the size of my place but agreed. 5 people were sent to clean and was told I needed to pay for the additional cleaner. My situation may be unique but I believe this is an overpriced service when considering the poor communication, level of cleaning, and failure to keep a verbal agreement.
