Mrs. Tisa is awesome! at what she do, if you are willing to come to your classes and put your all in this you can be good to, you get your own material when you start. After that you have to apply yourself work hard, study and show up for your classes. Mrs. Tisa make everything exciting and refreshing such a great teacher and she do art with the nails and feet. Love her!

I gave 3 stars because the instructor Curtisa knows how to lay some acrylic nails. But that’s about it. She’s not up to date on new techniques in the nail industry nor does she practice nail health properly. I was a student here and honestly I wish I had done my research. I myself am black, so I thought supporting a black business in Oak Park would be BOMB! But I was sooooo wrong. Curtisa and her husband Tony are the reason blacks are stereotyped and not taken serious as business owners. Please do your research and ask around before you go to any school. Especially before you make a payment.

I love this place i have been going to the actual salon for years so i think it's great that Ms. Tisa wanted to pass along her skills to other future nail technicians. The students seem to love the school too! I highly recommend this place and the Glitter Nail Salon as well
