I love this dental office. The staff is flexible, caring, kind, and upfront. I have two boys that were both nervous patients before we came here but Dr. Fei puts them at ease immediately. They are also so flexible with scheduling and they don't hit you with surprise bills. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Fei has been our family's dentist for the past 13 years. No visit to the dentist is pleasant but what has kept our family coming back to Jenny Fei over the years is that she operates her business with integrity. We made it clear to her staff that we always wanted to stay inside of the insurance coverage boundaries and if there was ever a need to step outside of that coverage and pay out of pocket, they are faithful to bring it to your attention BEFORE Dr. Fei performs a procedure. We really appreciate that type of upfront service which gives us the choice to say whether or not we can afford said services. Mixed feeling on Dr. Fei's practice. I went for my first time in July and received fast and courteous service. My cleaning was done by the Dr. Fei, which was new for me as an assistant has always done my cleanings at other offices. This made the appointment a lot faster since she cleaned and inspected at the same time. But she was also the roughest cleaner I can remember. I even had to ask her to be more gentle. Maybe I am a bit of a wimp, but when my 6 month appointment reminder came I decided to try elsewhere.
