My wooden door with side windows had begun rotting away due to the rough Chicago winters and the salt being splashed against it for the past fifteen years. So I ordered a new one. Tom from TGM arrived the day after delivery of the door and frame. He removed the entire frame of the old door with side windows. The new door was one inch too tall, so he had to make it fit in. He then secured it, filled in the gaps with insulation to prevent drafts. He added the inside and outside trim. He painted the door on both sides and he even transferred the locks from the old door to the new door. He then attached a new steel frame door on the outside.
