We have been using Roberts for many years now. We replaced our boiler with them several years ago with Glen Sr. spearheading the distribution of 5 zone heating which was a vast improvement in our home.
This year at our annual boiler maintenance, Constantine smelled gas in the area. He detected a gas leak in the piping of the emergency removal & installation of a replacement hot water heater nearby by another company (after water heater failed and subsequent basement flooding).

Great experience with these guys fixing some improperly installed ducting (installed by different company many years ago - supply vent was hooked up to return, had to be switched). They had to cut a hole in my ceiling which had me nervous, but they did so very cleanly and screwed the drywall patch back in for me (still had to mud and paint myself) - but It was very well done. Price was not cheap but not exorbitant. Great quality work. Had an initial visit from a tech, he said complex duct work was above his pay grade so had a follow up consult/quote from the owner, then the owners son led the fix a few weeks later. Have worked with them for well over 20 years. They are the best! Very responsive! They have installed new units and have been servicing them just about every year. Their best quality is their responsiveness and professionalism. Through the years I've called them at their busiest time when its 90+ degrees and the air conditioning unit goes down, but I can always get a hold of them and they go out of their way, even one time on a holiday. I'm grateful I have a company I can turn to that I trust. Glen Jr. has been here the last couple calls and did a great, timely job! Thank you!
