Excellent service and a friendly team. I've been using them for the last 8 years for all my heating and cooling needs, and my whole family does as well. They are always on time and charge a fair price. I'm a member of their membership program, so I get even better deals and priority service. Mia and Yaryna in the office are always very friendly and helpful. I always refer Hot Cold Air to all my friends and highly recommend to anyone in need for heating or air conditioning service.
This business is truly deserving of 5 stars. They are priced fairly, and provide an exceptional service that was organized and professional in every aspect. They communicate through text and email prior to arriving, with a pic of the technician, so you know who to expect at your door. They send emails with estimate and invoice. Our water heater broke and needed to be replaced, they completed the job the same day, which I never expected to happen given the busy season. The guys cleaned after themselves. Absolutely well done from start to finish. I already recommend them to my friend. It was such a worry free process, thank you guys so much!
