My review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to thank everyone at Brightside! The front desk staff was always so helpful and kind and accommodating to me and my schedule. Linda is simply the BEST! Very genuine and compassionate. She is just what I needed at that point in my recovery. I tapered off suboxone successfully, and I don’t know if I would have been able to do it successfully if it wasn’t for Linda! Thank you so much!
The atmosphere in this office is always welcoming. Katherine, Front Desk Manager cheerfully greets you then makes sure your office visit runs smoothly. Dr. Nick Patel is intent on meeting your needs within the limits of the office. He is very kind ~!
I've been coming to brightside for over 2 years now and the ladies at the front desk are always very polite, the dr is very knowledgeable. The only downside is they (the company not the workers) don't take any insurance so it's all out of pocket for the monthly visits. But other then them not taking insurance at all they really know what they're doing and get you in and out of there in a timely manor. They're not like most places that will make you come in and sit there waiting for 30 mins to an hr just to see the dr for a couple minutes.
