This club falsely advertises that it is open 24 hours a day on weekends. This is a BOLD FACE LIE! They have switched to 7 AM to 7 PM hours of operation on weekends like most other X-Sport Fitness clubs that they acquired. The purchase of X-Sport Fitness clubs by LA Fitness has been a terrible experience for X-Sport Fitness club members. With reduced competition comes reduced hours and services.

I am disappointed that I paid for the use of the pool, only to find it is always closed. Plus, the personnel don't greet customers. They need to work on customer service skills. They hire too many kids. It is getting worse because it is now open on weekends at 7 am. Not particularly personal, but the cost has increased.

Definitely not 24 hours. Pool closed at least since May, so is the basketball court. Saunas aren’t much better, being closed more than open. Equipment is mid at best. To say this gym is bad is an understatement. But what can you do, this is what happens with a monopoly.
