Every effort has made to make this office feel like anything other than a dentist office. it was very nicely decorated and it smelled like a spa when you walk in instead of that "dentist office smell" everyone was SO nice and kind. The treatment room had a TV tuned to a beach theme and sounds of the ocean. I am absolutely dental phobic. On procedure day they bent over backwards to make me comfortable. They asked me what music I liked and played it. I never ever saw any dental instruments. I was able to be calmed by the sedation they offered. The dentist was fabulous. My Mom's teeth needed some attention badly it's been years since she's gone to the dentist. Suffering from periodontal disease she had to have 5 teeth extracted. I found Royal Dental online and made an appointment for her there because most of the staff is bilingual and Polish speaking - my Mom's first language. From the moment I called to make the appointment for our first visit to their beautifully decorated waiting room and offices it was a 5 star experience. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist Agnes. She set the tone for Mom's entire experience. I have just been treated by Doctor Luis, I am very grateful, he is super nice, excellent, attentive, cordial, dedicated to his work, lovely chat with him, his very good assistant and Evelina, the girl who receives you, I love her attitude with a smile and willing to answer all your questions. questions I recommend them 100%
