Very happy with Southwest Pest. Responsive and can always get ahold via text as well. They guarantee their work. I needed them to come back out due to a issue and they were very prompt and came back the same day I called.

Bob, the owner, is very nice and informative! Nancy in the office is also very nice. It took her a few days to call me back this year (2022) and she explained they are very busy and they are doing all they can to keep up with the demand. I've used them before for minor ant problems. They are a local company and take pride in what they do. Bob told me he's been in business for 30 years! I wouldn't consider using any other company for pest control. Very reasonable prices too.

Weve had 2 treatments so far to help with wasps, carpenter bees, and some ants. Both techs were thorough and extremely friendly. And the first who did the inspection explained everything in detail. Clearly know their bugs! Respectful of the property. The owner answering the phone is also incredibly nice and gave detailed information. A scheduling mixup was quickly sorted to satisfaction.Services: Bee extermination
