The cleaning lady who came to my apartment did an AMAZING job! My place was kind of a disaster when she arrived, and now it looks like a brand new apartment. I was VERY impressed. I would love to have her come again. She was fantastic!

So after my unsatisfactory review the scheduling manager, Patricia, contacted me to offer a complimentary cleaning sine I was dissatisfied. The difference was like night and day. She spent 4 hours and was super thorough. The issues of things they don't do is a bit perplexing (wash dishes, or move furniture to clean behind it). The other things they don't do were not important. But now that I understand the heavy cleaning (baseboards, floors, blinds, etc) leaves me with very little to be a slave to... and I'd consider what I have left is a "touch up". I now have the energy to tackle my linen closet and get it organized (something else they don't do). I'd give them 5 stars...read full review
