Great club most employees are fantastic. Walked in a couple mornings ago and saw Nick the morning employee hitting his vape and he does not represent the rest of the employees at the club well at all. Anyone who comes in during the mornings is not getting the Signature Fitness experience.
The Signature in Yorkville is 5 minutes away from my house and I still willingly drive 25 minutes to Naperville because the Signature gym there is extremely high quality. Their fridges are always more stocked, it's always so clean, the sauna works way better and the community including staff is awesome. 100% worth the drive.
Been a member here for almost a year and have no complaints other than the women's sauna takes a very long time to heat up, sometimes longer than my 40 min workout! For but legit, that's my only complaint. Everyone who works here has always been super nice. Of course they are trying to sell their services but if you're not interested they do not hound you. There's always people exercising with trainers and they seem good!
