This company installed a new furnace after my old one had died. The technicians were great and our HVAC is running well. However, everything after that has not gone well. I was promised paperwork (invoice, warranty, etc.) on the day the furnace was installed but I did not receive any. Instead I was informed that I would receive it the following day through email. My credit card was charged the next day, but no email or further communication of any kind. I called a week later about this and finally received an email of the invoice, but I still have no information about the warranty that was promised.
