I had the pleasure of having Andy come to inspect and repair our Sub-Zero refrigerator, specifically addressing thermostat issues. I must say, Andy's service was exceptional. Not only did he fix the problem seamlessly, but he also demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the appliance. We had a great experience with Midwest Refrigeration & Appliances! Our Viking range was not working, and the owner was able to come out very quickly to diagnose the issue. He was able to get us an estimate and was very honest about our different options and what the issues were. He went above and beyond with cleaning the unit in addition to repairing the oven. We couldn't be happier with the service we received! Highly recommend!!
