The therapists at Duly were very good. My complaint lies with their billing department. Every penny of our bills were paid but they have made an error and sent me to collections. I only found out there was an open balance when I went to another doctor for something unrelated. I have tried for 4 weeks now to get someone one the phone to discuss this issue. I have emailed them proof of the cleared checks etc. It is impossible to get someone to call me back. When you do speak to someone they say "someone will contact you in 7-14 days", that never happens. Never in my life have I been sent to collections and again, the bills have been paid. I will refrain from going to Duly doctors from now on.

I have a hard time walking and standing. The receptionist was on the phone - and I hear people in the back and I try to get their attention. She is standing behind a big monitor and I can't see her face. She moves the monitor and tells me I'm on the phone incredibly. Then she calls me up to the desk and I say I can't really walk well and she says she has to register me- again very rudely. And I hobble to the desk and gives her my drivers license and she says she doesn't need it then she asks me my name.. which was on the driver's license.... I tell her she is so rude. She still sits behind the monitor. I get called in to get my blood drawn. And I'm telling the techs what happened. She walks in and I say to her can I ask you a question. She rolls her eyes at me. I tell her I was going to ask her if she was having a bad day to give her grace and with that attitude I can't. Unbelievably rude. The techs were incredibly kind. Don't go there on a Wednesday morning because you might get her too.
