I had an excellent experience at Lake County Physical Therapy. From my first visit through my final session, Rebecca provided a level of care that was both highly professional and genuinely personable. She took the time to understand what I was dealing with, explained each step of the process clearly, and tailored my therapy so it was both effective and manageable. The now more than ever rare privately owned PT facilities that are focused more on your recovery versus corporate greed. My doctor recommended Lake county PT for my knee and I’m grateful he did. All of their staff works diligently to insure you recover and sustain the results beyond your visits. I’ve worked with Cyrus, Joe, Rebecca and most recently the owner Zubin. They all bring in their diversity and experience to help. You’re just not another appointment. I hoping I don’t have to deal with anymore physical issues but if I do, I’ll be sure to come back to them. I truly appreciate them being tree.
