Our family recently used Knapp Johnson due to a death and were nothing but pleased at every turn of the process! Prior to my dad's death, Josh, one of the funeral directors, came out to the house to speak with my parents. While death is a heavy topic, he made it so pleasant and helped to answer many questions and help provide direction. After the death, he was ALWAYS responsive to anything we needed. He was incredibly personable, friendly, passionate, organized, attentive, compassionate, flexible, and just all around a great person to work with! The entire staff was so pleasant. I can’t thank Don Jones enough for his kindness, professionalism, expertise, and experience. He made our family’s planning during our sadness, smooth and stress free. He took care of every single detail. Any time I tried to reach him, he was available and ready to help with any questions. From handling my father’s preparation for his funeral to taking care of us through the week, during the funeral and visitation to delivery the flowers and plants back to us, he is skilled and kind at what he does. Thank you again Don.
