Dubson Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration did a complete heating, cooling, and ductwork installation in our old farm home in May of 2024. We had been heating with a propane boiler and cast iron radiators, and cooling with 5 window air conditioners. Bryce came to our home and looked over the house construction and dimensions of our rooms. We discussed ductwork, floor register and ceiling diffuser locations, and possibly zoning of first and second floors. Then Bryce made his recommendations for our house. Excellent home town service...call Brice Dubson on Friday afternoon, our blower on are air conditioner had stop...he called me right back , said he be on Monday morning. Brice and his crew came out Monday morning, figured out the problem and order the part...by Tuesday afternoon we had cool air ! Yea!!!!
Great service....?
They returned my early morning call for no heat promptly upon opening. The technician was there within a few hours, working the service call into an already busy schedule for that day, and had the furnace going quickly. The part had to be ordered, but was able to use a universal part until the OEM part arrived. He returned with the new part, serviced the furnace, and completed the job just in time for the next round of cold weather. Very professional and friendly staff.
