Jake, our fireplace tech was awesome! Called ahead, polite, professional, used an industrial drop cloth to protect our home. Very efficient in his work. Dismantled, cleaned and reassembled our gas fireplace. We have used Chimney Doctor for 20+ years between two homes, and have always been pleased.

When we moved into our home in 2020 we had our fireplace cleaned as it had been unused for 2 years+. Now in 2023, I wanted it cleaned again and inspected since we had used it quite a bit for 3 years. Chimney Doctor came out and I was impressed. They protected my floors and white fireplace from dust and debris. There was 4" of gunk up in my fireplace chimney that he cleaned out. He also put the camera up to see if the chimney was healthy and made recommendations as well as sending me quotes for those options.
